Postgraduate studies on "Preparing staff for the life-long distance learning"

DESCRIPTION

The University of Warsaw was asked to carry out the project by the Ministry of National Education.
The aim of the project was to conduct the postgraduate studies on "Preparing staff for the life-long distance learning" for 1200 teachers from across the country and was carried out in collaboration - as subcontractors - with five universities:

•      Jagiellonian University,
•      University of Wroclaw,
•      Adam Mickiewicz University,
•      Nicolaus Copernicus University,
•      Maria Curie-Sklodowska University.

Three units at the University of Warsaw: Centre for Open and Multimedia Education, the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Engineering and the Faculty of Psychology conducted the  postgraduate studies. COME coordinated the studies at the six universities and led some part of general classes for all 1200 participants and - in its own area - for nearly 300 participants.
