Back in 2016 "Polish with Ania" - a series of educational videos on learning Polish as a foreign language was published on YouTube by the Polish Language and Culture Center for Foreigners "Polonicum" UW. The number of subscriptions to the channel is growing from day to day, having reached almost 300,000 visits so far! Some comments placed under the video material express the opinion that this has been the best explanation of Polish grammar which a foreigner can find on the Internet.

You may read more on the success and the background of the project in the latest issue (No. 30/2018) of the Centre of Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners "Polonicum" of the University of Warsaw quarterly (p. 87).

"The excellent graphic design is created by Michał Sikora of the Digital Competence Centre of the University of Warsaw, enriching "Polish with Ania" since the very start of the project." - says dr Anna Rabczuk from the Center of Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners "Polonicum" UW, the initiator and content coordinator of the project, as well as the main character of the video series.

By the end of July 2019 the eleven new episodes will have been released. Each of them will contain a link to an interactive game with activities checking the acquired knowledge. The next series of recordings is in operation thanks to the support of the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). The modern interiors of the Center of New Technologies at the University of Warsaw serve as a scenery and setting for the recordings.
