Digital signing and delivery of scholarship decisions at USOSweb

Digital signing and delivery of scholarship decisions for students and employees of the University of Warsaw has been inaugurated. From now on, they can get the decision within a few seconds only! Documents will reach UW students and PhD students in an electronic form via the USOSweb platform. 

This is another rationalization for our community developed within the "e-UW: Development of e-services of the University of Warsaw related to education" project managed by CKC UW. The project has been implemented in partnership with the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Warsaw, which has carried out IT works related to the implementation of this e-service. 

It is worth emphasizing that there are about 12,000 forms filled in by students and doctoral students each year for various types of benefits, requiring an administrative decision every single time. Thus, the electronic flow of documents will facilitate this process very much. The applicant will receive an e-mail message stating that the feedback information is available in USOSweb. This will also reduce the flow of paper documentation. 

The next stage of the implementation of the e-service regarding the electronic document flow will include social benefits and applications for people with disabilities.
