COME UW - partner in Warsaw's Bureau of Education „Closer to the Labour Market” project

The aim of the „Closer to the Labour Market” – The Integrated System of the Professional and Educational Guidance (ZIT WOF)” is to develop key competences in building educational and professional career path and finding oneself on the labour market in learners of Warsaw and suburban schools which take part in the project.

As a result, School Information and Career Offices (SPInKa) will be established and teachers will take part in dedicated, three-semestre post graduate studies on guidance as well as in competence training sessions. These will be run on an e-learning platform set by COME UW by - among others - UW academic teachers.

The focus will be on the diagnosis of developmental and educational needs, including the development of competence tests specifying individual learners' job predispositions. Learners with special needs will also be diagnosed. There will also be workshops organized, run by entrepreneurs and HR staff.  

The project is carried out within the Regional Operational Programme for Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2014-2020 (specifications: Oś Priorytetowa X Edukacja dla rozwoju regionu, Działanie 10.3 Doskonalenie zawodowe, Poddziałanie 10.3.3 Doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe w ramach ZIT współfinansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego)

The project will last till 30 June 2019.
