Invitation to the trainings on the e-learning – a new application form

We kindly invite academic teachers of all UW faculties and units to participate in the individual trainings on the e-learning platform to COME UW (CeNT 1).

One of our most vital responsibilities is to popularize among the academic community the application of modern technologies in the educational process at the University of Warsaw. In order to conduct online courses at UW, the academic teachers are obliged to take part in the basics of E-learning training.

We offer trainings on:

• The basics of E-learning (the potential of an e-learning Moodle platform, methodology essentials, organization of distance learning courses)
• Advanced features of the Moodle platform
• Tutorials (e.g. designing and modifying e-courses, multimedia application)
• How to handle an E-course - a training for UW employees other than academic teachers

Please, fill in the application form to enrol in the training.

We run all the trainings on an individual basis (one-to-one) on COME UW working premises. They last for about two hours and take place Monday through Friday within COME UW working hours.

We are eager to organize a training session for a group of participants on request both in our office or on the premises of an indicated UW faculty. The academic teachers are kindly asked to bring to the training the samples of their teaching materials which they use in their courses.
